Our Story

Our mission

Chapters of Change is a 501(c)(3) charity. Our mission is to make reading accessible in rural areas of the Philippines by providing a mobile library. Through this initiative we aim to bridge the educational gap, enhance literacy, and ignite a passion for reading in underserved communities. Our commitment is to create a lasting impact in the lives of children, empowering them through access to educational resources.

Our vision

Our vision is to improve literacy and cultivate a love for reading among children in rural areas of the Philippines. By nurturing a passion for reading, we seek to empower these young minds, helping them break a cycle of poverty and unlocking pathways to a brighter future.

Our strength lies in the heart and generosity of our all-volunteer officers.
